RETURN POLICY:
Our goal is to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for whatever reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within 30 days of receiving the item(s). Refunds will exclude shipping/handling charges. All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all accessories and packaging.
Returns of new, unused items after 30 days but before 60 days will be accepted for store credit. Please see shipping information on your packing slip or email us at custsvc@theunclutteredmother.com.
DAMAGED ITEMS:
If you receive an item that is damaged, contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please save the box and all of the packing material. We will provide instructions on how to send the item back to at our cost, and we will exchange the item promptly.
SHIPPING:
Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout and is currently $5.95 on all orders. All in-stock orders are shipped within 48 hours. Our primary shipping carrier is USPS.
Privacy policy:
The UnCluttered Mother takes your privacy very seriously. We will not sell, trade, rent, or exchange your personal information to others. Any personal information you volunteer to share with us may only be used to periodically notify you about new services or special offers as a preferred customer.
